resource not found 20 (rws 00009)

We applied the 3058188 - Error: Resource not found 20 (RWS 00009) when viewing Recipients during scheduling a repor... but that didn't help the Non-Admin users.

Some of the Non-Admin users it works but they don't see the groups, just the users is this by design in SAP BO 4.3 SP3 Patch 5?

Its in the security and the security came over from 4.2 without an issue.

Any suggestions?

in CMC --> Users and Groups --> Group List --> Top-Level Security --> All Groups --> Assign "View objects" for Principals "Everyone" (Alle)

The issue resided in #4 of the KB article.

Is says:

On the General tab, grant the right "View objects", but Uncheck "Apply to Subobject" (the second part avoids Everyone group able to see all groups).

The word Uncheck should say make sure to Apply to Subobject.

It works!!!
