SAC Excel Add-in Not working

Hi Experts,

The SAC excel add-in is not working anymore after we added a new system to the list of tenants in the MS configuration. When we try to login into the SAC add-in it just opens a new browser page with the following url :

https://sample-host.eu10.sapanalytics.cloud/sap/fpa/ui/office/office.html?landingPageUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fhcs.cloud.sap%2Foffice&landingPageVersion=1&addinVersion=1.17.0.0&addinName=ms-store⪭stAddinVersion=1.17

It just shows a blank page. Did anyone face such issue when they added new SAC tenants to be used in the SAC excel add-in. Please advise.

Just see if the below are applicable.
