Hello 07makita,
Stacked column chart will not give you the look and feel you are looking for.
Instead choose - Combination Staked Column and Line chart then add required dims and measures/ accounts. Leave line axis empty. You will notice that totals on top are bold like below:
Note: This format goes away once you try to fiddle around with the "Data Label" format under style Then only way to get it back is by adding widget all over again. Beside data label size impact both.

In a Stacked column chart, we can't format the Totals because there is no option available in the Styling panel for the Totals
any formatting will be applied to either the selected measure or All measures

I don't think it is possible as the formatting gets applies to all the data points in the chart and there is no option to select total for formatting in the styling panel.
