SAP B1 Service layer: windows service permissions

Hello,

I am trying to POST attachment via Service Layer to SAP B1 attachments folder. The shared folder is on network drive, so standard Service Layer windows service user "Local System" is not able to reach it and return error 500 "Internal server error". We have created special "service user" under which we would like window's services for service layer to run. This user is given permissions to network folder, however when we set this user under windows service "Log on as" - windows services failing to start. In windows evens log error description just says "Incorrect function" which does not really help to understand.

While testing, if I change "log on as" for Windows Services (SL Balancer and nodes) to use my full access admin account, everything works. Also, if I add the new "service user" to Local admin group - then it works as well. So it's apparently permissions issue on local server where SAP B1 Service layer (and SLD) are installed. We do not like to have this "service user" in Local admin group, so question - anybody knows what permissions are actually required for windows user that is running SAP B1 Service layer services?
