SAP BPA Decision - Rules editor is not launching

Hi all

I am facing an error in creating decisions in SAP Business Process Automation service, The rules editor does not open when I click on 'Add Rule' button.

There are some errors in the browser console which I have provided in the attached file and down below in this post.

Note: It was working before, suddenly started getting this error today and even the existing rules won't load.

I have added the input and output parameters and saved,

Now, I click on 'Add Rule' button and nothing happens

This is what I see in the browser logs, (I have attached the log file with the post)
