Hi,
i run a lot of spaces under a single cloud foundry organisation in SAP BTP. Today we reached a limit in terms of services under one org:
cf create-service failed with:
You have exceeded your organization's services limit.
FAILED
Looks like the limit is 500. Any way to configure this limit or do we have to split in multiple orgs?
This is not related to a specific service. Fails for hana hdi-shared.
Cheers
Leaving the official answer here:
The amount of service instances allowed per org is a derivative of the amount of application runtime assigned to the subaccount by design. The default amount is 500, and it will remain 500 if you assign 1-5 units of CF application runtime to the subaccount. Once you assign 6 units or more the formula is "amount of app runtime X 100 = amount of service instances allowed" , Meaning if you would like to have 2000 service instances you'll need to assign 20 units of application runtime for this subaccount.
Thanks yoganandamuthaiah for pointing me in the right direction.

To increase the quota limit for an SAP BTP organization, you will need to reach out to SAP Support. You can do this through the SAP One Support Launchpad. Once you have logged in, you can open a support ticket and request an increase in the organization's service limits.
