SAP Build Process Automation migrate Visibility Scenarios

Dear colleagues

I am working on migration the existing visibility scenarios from SAP workflow management service.

The workflow itself is migrated, the SBPA project also created and it calls my previous workflow using "Advance workflow" artefact.

I have extracted the events from SAP workflow management and pushed them in SAP Build Process Automation.

Then the surprise: I can't recreate the visibility process as before. What is happening in the "Advance workflow" is not visible. How can I move my scenarios without loosing the previous events and visibility?

I need to stay with "Advance workflow" since we have custom UIs and scripts steps.

Hello Monica,

The feature is already developed and will come before Q4 2022 end. Keep a watch on the What's New. With this, you will be able to add workflows deployed from Business Application Studio as process participant in Process Visibility of SAP Build Process Automation.
