We are trying to integrate CIG --> Cloud Connector --> ERP systems, it is working fine if you use direct hostname, but if we webdispatcher hostname in CIG connection, it does not work! any suggestions?
If you are referring to the ERP hostname, and it fails when using the WD hostname, then you would want to check the CC configuration and ensure an entry exists for the WD. If you only have an entry for the ERP then the CC will not make the connection.
We are using same webdispatcher and backend system for our BTP/Success factors integration and it is working fine. I do not see any issues with web dispatcher.
I've encountered numerous issues with the Web Dispatcher with Cloud Connector, and all of them were related to Web Dispatcher configurations. In most cases, these problems were resolved by adjusting the 'wdisp/system_0' parameter and removing the 'SRCVHOST'.
