SAP Cloud platform: Cloud Foundry: Could not load list of global accounts: Forbidden (403)

Hello all,

My trial account in SAP Cloud Platform is over.

When I am trying to create a new trial account via the page: https://cockpit.hanatrial.ondemand.com/cockpit#/home/trial
I get the following message (Could not load list of global accounts: Forbidden (403)):

Has anyone had such a problem? Is there any way to create a new trial account on the same user?
