I had this issue, I tried removing it from entitlements and added again, it worked (sometime back)

Thank you for posting the question here.

I would like to inform you that the Document Management Service is not available in the trial and currently we don't have any information on the future availability as well.

We will keep posted in the community as soon as if there is any plan to make SAP Document Management Service, application option available on the trial.
