SAP Data Intelligence, trial edition 3.0 has the status : Activating for more then 4 hours now

Hi,

I am trying to create an instance of SAP SAP Data Intelligence, trial edition 3.0 in Cloud Appliance Library.

It is constantly showing Activating for more than 4 hours now and not coming up.

Instance ID: 219222495

Also I have created CAL account with Puser.

I had started one yesterday evening with us-east 1 and that got finally successfully created.

Dear Customer,

I am sorry to hear that you have troubles deploying SAP Data Intelligence in AWS.

We have identified the problem and we recommend you to start a new instance in eu-central-1 region. By the end of the next week we will have improved the deployment time in AWS.

Keep in mind that the average time of the deployments in AWS is 4 hours.
