SAP Datasphere - add user error

Hi Team,

We have been using a TDD instance of SAP Datasphere for the last year fine, but we have started getting an error just by going into the manage/add users screen

The error comes up as soon as you enter the screen, and no user details are shown. Refreshing also gives the same error. Before I raise a support ticket, Is anybody else getting this or have any thoughts?

This should be a bug.
If you still face the issue, I suggest you to raise a support ticket in SAPforMe.
