Sap intelligent robotic process automation desktop studio properties

Hi dear community,

When i want to user Desktop studio , i can't see activity labels.

But i can copy label value or name and paste it to notepad. Desktop studio repaired, reinstalled but nothing changed.

Is there any advice?

Computer OS - Version: Windows 10 (64 Bit)

Hi Abdullah,

I have the same issue like you. The problem is because of the windows updates. Some components of Windows updates is triggering to this problem. You can see them from the below image.

Dear Serdar,

I have only KB458759 update . Would you suggest to remove this update?

I updated the operating system from 1903 to 1909 but same result get.

I wonder , why only activity fields not displaying, i am seeing below and above fields.

do you use MS edge as your browser? If yes please use IE, Chrome or Firefox.

Firstly thank you for your reply.

Yes, Edge was my default browser. I changed it to IExplorer, Firefox, Chrome but nothing changed.

Again reinstalled with different browser but i get same result.
