For the last a couple of days the MDK API document page is accessed through an authentication whilst I use my own personal user. However it ends up with an error message "We're sorry, but this content is not accessible.".
Following is the end URL for the mentioned document.

I asked my colleagues and also an SAP expert in chat to test it. They all confirmed the issue.

I just tried the URL you gave and was able to access it as expected. You do need to have a Universal ID in order to access it.

We are investigating this further as it appears to be an issue in particular for external users.
