Hi Experts,

on an iPhone after using the MDK standard Sign out feature, it take us to the Welcome page again.

At that point of time if we lock the screen or move the app to memory, when we come back to App, it shows as blank.

Please suggest?

What version of MDK are you running? Are you using single or multi-user mode?

Hi Bill,

The team is asking for the Estimated time for the fix for this issue? Is it possible to provide something sooner?
We really appreciate all the help provided by the SAP MDK team with all our issues and we are hoping that this should also be resolved soon.

Thanks.

Most users don't logout very frequently. After the first login they can just swipe the app closed and relaunch using their passcode. Once the token expires they will automatically be prompted to re-authenticate without needing to login again.

Thanks bill, let me coordinate with the team and get back.

Do you happen to know why on Signout our branded logo get overwritten with SAP?

We will look into it. In the meantime, try just swiping the app closed and relaunch it. Let us know if the welcome screen appears as expected.

Hi Bill,

Yes, closing and relaunching fixes the issue but it is annoying for the clients to do it every time they logout.

Please see if it can be fixed.

Also, I noticed that our branded icon (for Welcome screen) that we put in the branding.nss is replaced by SAP logo once we logout. That is another issue we are facing.
