SAP Private Link Service (beta) not found in "Entitlements available for this subaccount"

I am trying to test out the SAP Private Link Service in the above tutorial.

From the prerequisite it is pointed out that you need beta features to be enabled. I had it disabled, so I enabled it. Unfortunately it still does not show in the available entitlements list to add from.

Is there another prerequisite not listed for this entitlement to be available?

I have a BTP trial account. Could that be the limitation?

Thanks for the response.

My Cloud Foundry Environment is running on "US East (VA)".

Any other idea what could limit my access to this feature?
