Hi Kunal,
I have to do a similar thing where I need to add a language field in the logon page to allow user to select to the language from a drop down list and accordingly the Portal content should be displayed.
Can you please let me know if you were able to do it and can pass me some details or documents about it.
Regards,
Soumya

Hi Kevin,
I have to do a similar task: personalize the portal logon screen and display a dropdown box conaining the available languages. How did you solve the problem? Were there any special problems?
Thanks for your help!
Best regards
Nadine

Have you developed your own logon screens?
I have done similar task.
Developed a new logon.par and deployed.
Passing the language attribute thru' the url to display the language-specific text.
construct "Locale" object as the passed language attibute.
set ume.logon.locale property to TRUE to get list of available languages.
Pls : Award points if it helps

Hi,
I did not try this, but the idea is to Develop a Portal Component to swap Anonymous Users.
