Services in Cloud Foundry

Hi,

Our GlobalAccount I believe that is based on Subscription Mode in Neo Environment ( as a lot of Services in all Subaccoiunt get available to Activate ).

But when we create a subaccount in Cloud Foundry related to the Global Account, only three Services got available.

Adding the Entilements ( we do not have a lot of Entilements ) , no other Services got availble as tha same way ( it remains the 3 Services)

What can I do to get all Services available in Cloud Foudry ? Do we need to change the contract with SAP ?

Regards,

John

Hi and welcome to the SAP Community!

Thank you for visiting SAP Community to get answers to your questions. Since you're asking a question here for the first time, I recommend that you familiarize yourself withhttps://community.sap.com/resources/questions-and-answers(if you haven't already), as it provides tips for preparing questions that draw responses from our members. For example, you can outline what steps you took to find answers (and why they weren't helpful) and share screenshots of what you've seen/done. The more details you provide, the more likely it is that members will be able to assist you.

Should you wish, you can revise your question by selecting Actions, then Edit (although once someone answers your question, you'll lose the ability to edit the question -- but if that happens, you can leave more details in a comment).

Finally, if you're hoping to connect with readers, please consider adding a picture to your profile. Here's how you do it:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F5JdUbyjfMA&list=PLpQebylHrdh5s3gwy-h6RtymfDpoz3vDS. By personalizing your profile with a photo of you, you encourage readers to respond.

Hi John,

That's correct. At SAP, we first need to activate service assignments for a global account after which they will appear under your global account. For this the dcoumentation mentions to reach out to an SAP sales representative.

FYI: here is a print screen of the Control Center application SAP employees use to set entitlements for global accounts.

Once entitlements have been set, the global account owner (you) can then assign entitlements to the available subaccounts (Azure Cloud Foundry, AWS, etc.)

Thanks denys.kempen !!!

It will help us a lot !

Regards,

John
