Hi Team,

We am doing the upgrade activity Solution Manger 7.2 in Oracle Database, we are upgrading support packages using SUM toll we are getting error in

SUM : Current Phase: PREP_PRE_CHECK/SPAMCHK_INI

SPAM Version Check The SPAM version 60 is too low.

You can only continue when you provide at least SPAM version 63 in the directory \\ES5\sapmnt\trans\EPS\in

The program has not found a SPAM Update for release 740 in the EPS inbox. SPAM update message: You cannot reset the queue from import phase 'IMPORT_PROPER '

Hi Syeed

Please download the SPAM patch 63 version (KD74063.SAR) uncar the patch and make sure the directory \\ES5\sapmnt\trans\EPS\in.
has proper authorizations before retrying the upgrade.

If you are still facing the error can you please send the error log.
