Starting Cloud Foundry Trial is giving error (attached screenshot). Could you please help in resolving this issue?
The service call 'createTrialGlobalAccount' fails with 500 error and returns message '<p>We are sorry, but we have encountered an internal error.</p><p>If the problem persists, please create a support ticket.<p>'

Several people are facing this issue. I just created an instance for me and it worked. Probably, issue has been fixed. Just for your info, I followed the below tutorial:

I was also having the same error and now mine says Creation Failed as well. Any suggestions on next steps to address it?
