Hi.

We have the WF for purchase requisitions active. (copy of the std WS00000038)

A substitute has been defined, it is active and in valid date.

also we can see him in HRUS_D2 table

After that a requisition was created but the WF did not took this substitute and the WI was assigned to the owner.

We have tried the SWU_OBUF to do the buffer synchronization but after that continue the same issue, also was checked the SWDD and refresh it and activate it again, in SWUD all liks fine, in

any ideas will be appreciate.

Hi,

Please check table swwuserwi, this is the table that contains all workitems in the inbox.

If your workitem is shown in this table, then according to SAP substitution worked and the issue is somewhere in the SAP inbox, maybe there is a filter active. If this is not the case then I suggest to check OSS for similar issues or raise a product error when no note exists.

Kind regards, Rob Dielemans

HI

I have never had an issue with substitution

The work item is always assigned to the "owner" the substitute can access it however from SWBP.

In fact both receives it .Can you check that the substitute do not have it in the SWBP

If not :

Do you have excluded agent on your workflow step ?

Is your task a general task ?

Do you have forwarding to other agent allowed ?

The substitute is a valid user ? and a dialog user?

Cheers
