Tutorial Gateway Demo Signup Step 7

I am on Step 7 of the tutorial but no matter the answer I give I always get a "Technical Error" message.

Am I doing something wrong?

Upon deeper investigation, I discovered an issue with the formatting of the tutorial. This has been fixed, and you should now be able to complete the validation.
