Unable to access Event Mesh dashboard in SAP BTP Trial

Hi community,

I have created an Event Mesh instance in BTP trial by following the following tutorial but I cannot access the dashboard afterwards. I got a blank screen when navigating to the dashboard.

1. Create an instance

2. Instance Parameter for dev plan

3. Create service key

4. View dashboard and get asked for IdP

5. Blank screen

I have searched here and someone else has got the same issue but somehow, the issue was resolved.

I have checked but there is no additional role needed for this I believe.

My BTP Trial follows

Provider: AWS

Region: US East (VA)

If anyone has any advise what to check, it'd be great.

Hi stevanic.artana,

the issue should be solved. You might need to open the dashboard in incognito mode or clean your local cache.
I was able to access the dashboard just now.

Hello,

tobias.griebe - does Event Mesh work now in Trial? The dev plan shows as deprecated.

Followed the steps from the tutorials.

- no dedicated roles available for Enterprise Messaging

- dashboard unauthorized or when trying to open via dashboard link in another browse - an empty page + errors
