Unable to add Reference object

Hi Expert, 

i am trying to create a "custom inbound API in S/4 hana". i am following the below documentation link, "https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/s4hc-abap-environment-create-custom-api.html"   however when i come to the 2nd steps after completing the perquisites i am facing below issue is eclipse. I have attached the screen shot below for your reference. please advise how to proceed.

Hi Suresh,

it seems you don't use an S/4HANA Cloud system as described in the tutorial.
I_SALESORDERTP view is not available in Steampunk systems.

Hi peterpersiel, we do have customizing and development tenant, can please point to the documentation. i did try find it in finding but the above link was closest i could find. it would help us a lot if can point us to the documentation. Thanks
