Unable to create Behavior Implementation

Hi experts,

In the above tutorial, in "Step 2: Create behavior implementation", when I right-click on the behavior definition, there is no option to create a Behavior Implementation.

I then used the Ctrl + 1 (quick fix option, as suggested in Cannot Create Behavior Implementation (Eclipse) | SAP Community). However, it still shows "No suggestions available", as shown below.

Can you please help.

The quick fix (Ctrl + 1) works, if we have the cursor right next to the class statement, before the name of the proposed behavior implementation class name.
