Unable to establish connection between desktop agent and iRPA Factory

I am unable to debug and test my workflows or capture screens using my Cloud studio as my desktop agent is in a perpetual Paused state

Although I have checked my desktop agent inthe iRPA Factory and its with the same machine.
Can someone please help me with this.cloud-foundry.pngdesktop-agent.pngerror.pngerror2.png

Hi

For Cloud studio dev, you need to have Desktop Agent version 2.06 or higher.

From your screenshots ,I noticed that you are using the Desktop Agent version 1.06 .

Download the latest version of Agent here.

If are still facing any issues when accessing Trial account.Refer to the blogpost on SAP Intelligent RPA Trial Onboarding.
