Weird error message

has anyone seen this one yet?

i'm trying to use a service in the trial account that elsewhere is designated as 'deprecated' at the end of March

but this error message showed up after the new terms and conditions were 'required' on me in the trial account.

the error is gone once i have accepted the new "trial t&c's", so it's all good now, for now.
