You are trying with incomplete URL. Seems like you are able to reach the tenant but then as you are not specifying the exact component it is prompting you to provide that instruction.
Check the hyperlink again, if you have the registration email still with you.

Thank you. You were right.
I wasn't sure of the actual URL Component part so I went back to my registration mail and tried again with the URL mentioned there.

Have you tried using Chrome incognito mode to log in to your tenant?
There may be some invalid cached data in your chrome browser. Try incognito mode and if that works then clear your browser cache and try again in normal mode.
