workflow not trigger correctly

In the workflow inside there three event creator which is the following:

I am not sure what happening it is run normally in the testing server:

But the changed event is not trigger in the live server and I not sure where still can I check as all the configuration is the same...

do anyone can give some suggestion or tips one where I can check about why happening this issue?

please use event log SWEL and activate it upfront SWELS before triggering and testing events and binding. Take a look at BIT6XX trainings.
