Can someone point me to the date that the upgrade will go into Pre-Prod and Production for the 1H2020? I have 2 different dates and I want to make sure that I have the correct date.Will the upgrade be going into these environments 11/15/2020 with the...

The workaround did not work for me. I also checked my Staging instance, and the same issue is happening there. Staging is a Validated instance. I hope that this upcoming upgrade into Production instance does not have the same issue.

@KristaW What is the timing for the 27OCT2023 upgrade? Will it start at midnight and have the upgrade completed early morning on 28OCT2023? With 27OCT2023 being a regular workday, want to make sure it doesn't disrupt learners and their training.
