Thank you Kat! I have tried adding in EMPLOYMENT_INFO_BLOCK, but the email will only recognise the bock where the Alert is triggered (in this case Job Info). It's a shame that even from the homepage tile alert there is no direct link to the employee!
Thanks Mary Katherine - we do similar, but hoping there is a more straightforward solution that does not require us to have processes outside of SuccessFactors (and have to delete data with no history). Thanks!
