We are excited to welcome you to the SAP Community Group dedicated to Yerevan which aims to strengthen the SAP community evolving around Armenia. It provides collaboration platform to share SAP knowledge and experiences, and enables engagement with fellow experts through discussions and events.
This is the place to learn news and updates about the local initiatives or to take an active role by sharing content, asking/answering questions or just leaving comments and likes.
How to join?
Have you already an SAP Community account?
- Yes - Then log in and set up your Community Group profile by clicking on the avatar in the right-hand corner of the page. It’s still the same account but in this new area, you will need to select a user name and also a new avatar if you wish. Then click the Join Group button on Yerevan Group's main landing page.
- No - You will then need to register and return to this group's landing page to click the Join Group button.
* Please note that as with everything else in the community, we all need to follow the Rules of Engagement and in case of questions about Groups, Help section is there to guide.
How we got it all started and where we plan to go next
As Armenia's technology scene rapidly rises and strives to establish itself as a new center of innovation, more and more SAP initiatives and collaborations emerge in Armenia. As a result, a vibrant and diverse SAP ecosystem has formed that needed to be united to untap its full potential through collaboration and expertise exchange.
Thanks to the SAP Community's nice package of best practice guides, together with many enthusiastic colleagues and local hosts, we were able to achieve this goal. In a very short time Armenian community became one of the most active and well organized SAP communities primarily through virtual and onsite grassroot events. These events successfully brought together local SAP projects, customers/partners, individual experts and in general anyone interested in SAP. It was very rewarding to learn that our efforts were well appreciated by the SAP Community itself and Yerevan was chosen to be the first geographical location to have its own group. I would like to take this chance and thank once again SAP Community team for the opportunity and great support we have received so far.
We will surely take advantage of this new platform to foster our community members' engagement and make our processes more efficient. As the first SAP community of the CIS region we plan to expand our network and involve, as part of our upcoming initiatives, also fellow SAP professionals from the whole region. So stay tuned for exciting news and events coming soon!
We are looking forward to see many of you join in and make this virtual space as lively and vibrant as the 2,800-year-old city of Yerevan is 🙂
