Hello, where can I find documentation on ABAP syntax differences between SAP 4.7 and ABAP for ERP 6? Are there any?

There is a special section in the official ABAP Documentation for this purpose.

https://help.sap.com/doc/abapdocu_757_index_htm/7.57/en-US/index.htm?file=abennews.htm

also available when you hit F1 while in the editor or in transaction ABAPDOCU.

SAP ERP 4.70 corresponds to ABAP 6.20.

SAP ECC 6 corresponds to several ABAP versions, from 7.0 to at least 7.40 (I'm sure for 7.40, but probably it's more, maybe up to the last existing version, which is currently 7.58), depending on the EHP installed.

You can find your ABAP version of SAP ERP/ECC as being the SAP_BASIS software component version in the SAP GUI menu > System > Status > button to show all software components.
