Basically thru a RFC destination, so you can use some GET BAPI or RFC FM such as RFC_READ_TABLE. (replace SQL select/fetch with call of FM such as RFC_READ_TABLE)

There are other solutions for SQL via DBCON or IDOCs exchanges that depend on your exact requirement.

But ask first to your basis and security team (e.g. refresh of quality system data, in some client)
