Hello,

I would like to contact you because I would like to know if it would be possible to create a workflow (of the "Avis" or "NC" type) to manage changes to documents such as AIPIS under SAP PGI, transaction CV02N.

If a document evolves, it needs approval from several people depending on the type of document, but this approval process is done via email exchanges, absolutely not productive and reactive.

Better use the primary SAP Business Workflow tag rather than only ABAP Development.

You can do whatever you want with custom development (except in a Public Cloud environment). The solution may depend on the software and version used.

NB: no idea if there's an equivalent standard feature.
