How to schedule a SAP Certification exam on learning.sap.com

Hi All,

Those of you who are finished studying and feel ready to take your SAP Certification exam can follow this blog to understand how to proceed.

First, do you still need to purchase a certification attempt? If unsure, follow the video below to understand how to check. If you know you still need a certification attempt, you can purchase one here. 

If you have received an individual campaign or discount code for SAP Certification, add the certification attempt to your basket in the shop and follow this guide. 

Once you have a certification associated with your SAP user ID, follow this video demo on how to schedule your exam from your learning journey:

Some tips:

• Have a webcam and make sure it works. The exam proctor will be watching you through the camera. Avoid letting your eyes wander away from the screen for the duration of the exam.
• Have a clear working surface/desk for your laptop. Remove anything that may give the proctor a reason to think you may be cheating!
• Be ready to present your ID to the proctor to verify your identity. Have a second form of ID ready if possible.
• Avoid taking your exam in a public place like an internet cafe. If the proctor feels that you are in the presence of other people, there is a chance you may not be allowed to proceed with the exam.

Can you tell me the difference between them all:

• C_ACTIVATE22 - SAP Certified Associate - SAP Activate Project Manager
• C_ACTIVATE13 - SAP Certified Associate - SAP Activate Project Manager
• E_ACTCLD_23 - SAP Certified Specialist - SAP Activate for Cloud Solutions Project Manager

Thanks for the question! C_ACTIVATE22 is the latest version of the C_ACTIVATE certification. This is an associate level certification If you started studying now, this this the exam to take. Here is the overview page.

E_ACTCLD_23 is the specialist level certification - the next step after C_ACTIVATE22.

I got a voucher from SAP for 1 time free certification attempt for completing 2023 free certification attempt program and when I try to redeem it it says it can be only redeem only ones, but I haven't redeemed it before. I raised couple of tickets and sent atleast 10 emails regarding this and no response from support. Also i try by clearing the cache and also on private and also on different browsers but no change. The support team is not helping me, tickets are taking down without solving the problem and when I try to connect with the phone they said there is no telephone support available in my country. Couple of week before I got a mail from sap training saying

"Hello,we are unfortunately having issues with these codes in your region.we would like to book the certification attempt directly to your account as an alternative solution.can you please provide the following information?if you are in Egypt - National ID number (14 digits):First Name:Last Name:Physical Mailing Address:Country:"

After sharing the all above mentioned info I received a reply "Thanks – I will forward this to the relevant team and try to get the certification directly booked into your account.Regards David"

But it's been over a week but no one has booked the attempt and no further message from any team I will attach all screenshots of above mentioned situations kindly help me.

Hi, I successfully completed the campaign but did not receive campaign code.

Firstly, my account was marked off as deleted. Then after enquiry, I received assist and issue was resolved. I went as far as asking about the free certification campaign code on the same email from which i was assisted on, I was told that there's No Campaign Running currently.

Can anyone assist?

I have received the campaign code and booked SAP certification exam attempt on 23rd September. 

Booking status is still in progress. Could you please suggest on this issue?
