92 students from the school of Software Engineering of Tongji University visited SAP Labs China in 13th July, 2016. Colleagues from Early Talent, University Alliance and Vocational Training teams welcomed these students and shared more about SAP to them.

First of all, Josie from UA team conducted the opening introduction. It helps these students know what SAP is and why SAP can become the management master for the Fortune 500 companies.

Two colleagues shared their work and life at SAP to students. One is from Nanjing University, another is from Tongji University. They are fresh graduates and their experience inspired all students a lot.

Next, Richard, Early Talent Acquisition team lead, carried out his speech for campus recruitment. He firstly showed the career test generated by SAP to students who need to choose a career path. Richard also introduced Develop && Impact, Sales Academy and DBS Intern program to all students. They are all attracted by such amazing programs provided by SAP. They can foresee bright ways to join in SAP. Last but not least, he introduced the TO-JU SAP Student Club to all students. We all hope they can participate in it and make progress constantly.

After that, Cherry introduced the Vocational Training project. She not only introduced the significance of VT, but also introduced the activities previously. All students are interested in this project and willing to be part of it.

Finally, we led everybody to visit SAP Labs office, so that students can know the working environment of SAP. During the visit, students explored with excitement and curiosity. We visited gym, the roof terrace, the Design Thinking rooms, coffee corner, etc. All the places can let everybody feel SAP’s openness and innovative cloud mindset.

Before leaving, all the students and colleagues took photos at the main entrance together. They all thought this office visit was very meaningful. We believe that this experience will leave a deep impression to the students. All the students are very interested in the TO-JU SAP Student Club. We are looking forward to seeing them join our SAP club and join our big family!
