As of September 2017, SAP has been recognized around the world an incredible 227 times through various awards, certifications, and rankings. This number already far surpasses the 159 total awards we received throughout all of 2016.
SAP especially excels in the amount of diversity & inclusion awards, HR awards, best workplace awards, and happiest employee awards. SAP is blowing the competition away.
SAP is a certified Top Employer in 17 countries and 3 regions with more on the way, up from 11 countries and 2 regions in 2016, and 4 countries and no regions in 2015. Our goal is to achieve a global certification by 2018.
SAP puts particular emphasis on creating an environment where gender barriers and bias are broken to ensure equality and opportunity for all. This past quarter, the Anita Borg Institute named SAP as being one of the Top Companies for Women Technologists, recognizing our commitment to building workplaces where women in technology roles can thrive. And thanks to the supportive and equitable place to build a career, Great Place to Work and FORTUNE have named SAP America as one of the country’s Best Workplaces for Women. SAP triumphed with amazing recognition at the Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Awards for our Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Learning Teams. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding took home 10 Awards (2 Gold, 7 Silver & 1 Bronze) and Learning, Talent, Leadership & Organizational Development took home 11 awards (5 Gold, 5 Silver & 1 Bronze). The Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards Program is the most prestigious awards program in the industry. Often times called the “Academy Awards” by Learning, Talent and Business Executives, the program was one of the first of its kind in the industry.
In quarter two, 12 Telly Awards were published for our video segments in recruiting, culture, and lifestyle. But this past quarter, we raised that total by a staggering 26 more Telly Awards bringing our total to 38.
