Based on the results of a worldwide survey by the HR & Recruitment giant Randstad, SAP Services is one of the most attractive employers in the Czech Republic. It is also a winner in the category of Business Services Centers.

Care for our employees is one of our long-term priorities," says SAP Services Director Iveta Chválová with SAP Services Director Edo Wijkhuizen, adding, “We are also very pleased with the victory in the category of Business Services Centers, which, according to ABSL, consists of about 250 companies in the Czech Republic making the competition quite intense."
The Randstad Award for the Most Attractive Employers in the Czech Republic is awarded on the basis of a worldwide survey of employee preferences such as the reputation of the employer, career advancement possibilities, wages and benefits, the workplace atmosphere, and job content. In the survey, the respondents also mentioned which companies they would like to work for and how they know and perceive the brands of the individual employers. In the Czech Republic, nearly 7,500 employees participated in the survey and Randstad evaluated the attractiveness of the 150 largest employers in the private sector.
SAP Services provides its employees not only with a premium and often valued work environment, but also with a host of premium benefits that focus on health, flexibility and family support. “Approximately three quarters of our employees are women and the average age is about 31 years old. Women at this age often set up a family and try to combine child and work care,” explains Iveta Chvalová, adding that the SAP Services team is made up of more than 50 nationalities.
The award-winning Metronom Office space in which SAP Services is housed was influenced by employees themselves. The offices are equipped with adjustable ergonomic tables and chairs, spacious kitchens and dining areas, a separate children's corner, terraces with barbecue and a range of relaxation zones. Employees can also use the company’s private gym with professional trainers, and play billiards or table football around their flexible working hours.
