SAP Customer Experience (C/4HANA suite) event - Opportunity to share your Feedback

Hello All SAP CX and SAP C/4HANA enthusiasts!!

Yes, this is what we all should get used to now (SAP Hybris name being replaced by SAP Customer Experience)!

The biggest SAP Customer Experience event of the year is approaching, this time around with plenty of new things to learn – especially with SAP’s recent acquisition of CallidusCloud and Coresystems! Are you all ready for it?

The idea of this blog is to gather and share feedback straight from the users, partners, consultants and everyone who is interested in or using one or more solutions which are part of SAP C/4 HANA suite.

I’m sure like me, you all have questions and feedback on this ‘new’ suite of solutions (old SAP Hybris/SAP C4C and the new additions of Coresystem and CallidusCloud).

I, along with some of my fellow SAP Mentors will be attending this event, October 10-11 this year.

I would like to gather your thoughts, your questions and your feedback so I can add it to our to-do list of discussions during the event meet up with SAP executives and fellow experts on C/4HANA suite and anything associated with SAP Customer experience – getting it directly from people on the ground who are using/implementing these solutions – it cannot be a better way to capture Market/Industry feedback. Basically, use this blog as crowdsourcing for inputs/feedback which we can take it forward with SAP.

I would be happy to consider the inputs/feedback and questions in our list of things and will try to get inputs/answers for you all.

So what are you waiting for – comment with your input/feedback/question and I shall start adding them to our list. Keep a eye out on a follow-on blog from me after the event has concluded for a summary of the feedback/updates from the event!

SAP Hybris Billing became what?

It's SAP Revenue Cloud since some time now and it will be part of Sales module per SAP.

How can it be cloud, if it is an on premise solution?

My reference if for Cloud solution only - Revenue cloud and not for the Onprem version.

Revenue Cloud which is Cloud version will become a part of Sales Cloud solution.

So my question remains, what is Hybris Billing on premise now called ? Or is SAP discontinuing the product and I need to warn my customers?
