As a recognized platform, CX Works has been an invaluable resource for businesses seeking guidance on SAP Customer Experience solutions. However, SAP has taken a step forward by integrating CX Works content into the SAP Enterprise Support Academy, a unified training and enablement platform designed to empower organizations to leverage their SAP investments to the fullest.

With this migration, businesses will be automatically redirected to SAP Enterprise Support Academy when accessing CX Works starting June 30th, 2023. The transition aims to centralize and expand the resources available to users, offering a broader range of training materials, best practices, and expert insights to nurture customer experience excellence. To access this content on SAP Learning Hub, a one-time registration is required. Discover more here.

Benefits of SAP Enterprise Support Academy

  1. Comprehensive Training: The migration to SAP Enterprise Support Academy ensures that businesses have access to a vast array of training courses, covering various aspects of SAP Customer Experience solutions. From foundational knowledge to advanced topics, organizations can develop their employees' skills and expertise to drive better customer experiences.

  2. Knowledge Sharing: SAP Enterprise Support Academy fosters a collaborative learning environment, allowing organizations to engage with peers, industry experts, and SAP professionals. This interaction facilitates the exchange of ideas, best practices, and insights, enabling businesses to learn from others' experiences and stay ahead of the curve.

  3. Customized Learning Paths: The platform offers personalized learning paths tailored to individual roles and requirements. One great example is the SAP Enterprise Support Value Maps. Organizations can navigate through different modules, certifications, and learning resources that align with their specific needs, ensuring efficient knowledge acquisition and skill development.

  4. Updated Content and Resources: SAP Enterprise Support Academy provides up-to-date content to keep businesses informed about the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the customer experience domain. This ensures that organizations stay relevant in an ever-changing landscape and can implement cutting-edge strategies to delight their customers.

  5. Registration for SAP Enterprise Support Academy: While the migration is automatic, registration may be required for businesses to access the full range of resources within SAP Enterprise Support Academy. This step ensures that organizations can unlock the platform's complete potential and take advantage of the wealth of knowledge available.

Starting from June 30th, 2023, businesses will automatically be redirected to SAP Enterprise Support Academy. Embracing this change and registering for the academy will grant organizations access to an extensive collection of training materials, best practices, and the latest industry insights, ultimately enabling them to thrive in the realm of customer experience.

So, mark your calendars and embrace the migration to SAP Enterprise Support Academy to embark on a journey towards exceptional customer experience and business success.
