Is there any future integration plans?

Hi Aleksey,

SAP Contact Center includes BusinessObjects Web Intelligence. At this time we do not have plans to integrate with SAC. That said, it may be possible to have a live connection to SAC according to this quite old reference: https://www.sapanalytics.cloud/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/SAP-Universe-1.pdf. I would recommend reaching out to someone at SAP who can validate it is in fact an option. Maybe someone at SAP with BOBJ expertise is watching this blog and can help.
