Hi Katharina,

Sorry for the delay.

I was finally able to reach the expert.

There is an issue and it is planned that a fix will be provided. I don't have any planned dates yet.

This said, there is a workaround. If your user does not require the Lead Management applications of the business catalog SAP_CEC_BC_MKT_LEA2_PC (Marketing - Lead Management) this business catalog could be removed from your business role.
Without the SAP_CEC_BC_MKT_LEA2_PC (Marketing - Lead Management) the approval process in the TG would work correctly (the button "Release" would be not available).

Best Regards, Isabelle

We will get back to you shortly.

Hello Katharina,

To not see the release button, the user should not be assigned to any business role that contains the business catalog SAP_CEC_BC_MKT_APV1_PC (Marketing – Approvals).

Hi @isathore,

ive copied the role SAP_BR_MARKETING_EXPERT which does not contain the catalog. And only this role is assigned to the user.

But i can release the target group anyway.

Do you have another suggestion?

Thanks for your help!
Katharina
