Add a "comments" field in SAP MKT forms and send to C4C

Hi experts

I wanted to ask you if there is a standard field to capture messages or comments that users want to add in their forms. They usually build the form with Name, Surname and Email.

But if, due to the business model, they want to include a space that allows them to capture the comments that the client wants to make.

While I can I can create a Z field with a fairly long character length and have the user add it to their form.

But the other question arises, is it possible to send that information to C4C? C4C has a field to receive that information? (I guess it's time to create it)

I was able to map my MKT Comment field with the C4C NOTE d, and the texts that the client places have arrived. But, I have a question, how do I make the space or box of MKT look bigger, that when the client is writing his paragraph he can see it in full.

That's good news!

For the size of the text area, you could try using custom CSS. I don't think there's a standard way to do that.
