C4C report - Percentage of ticket

Hi All,

I am working on a report to display the percentage of tickets resolved with Quick assessment indicator.

I am trying this formula for this: Number of tickets with Quick Assessment indicator ticked/ total tickets * 100. I am trying to write a calculated key figure but unable to see the quick assessment indicator/counter.

Can anyone kindly help me in generating the report needed?

Hi Dominique,

first you need a separate restricted Key Figure based on the key figure "counter" and the characteristic "Quick Assessment" so that this key figure counts the number of tickets where the "quick assessment" indicator is true.

this key figure you can then compare with the total ticket counter.
