Is there a way to make the error message as a link

Hi,

When user are encountering the error message in a document. Is there a way to make it as a link, when clicked it should take to the exact location.

For example : In Leads, when accepting the Lead get the error message to enter Reason Code. When click on the error message, it should take the pointer to the exact location in the document where the Reason code has to be entered.
