Mashup SAP Commerce in SAP C4C Agent Desktop

Hello experts,

I had a question from a customer which would like to mashup SAP Commerce Sales Orders screen into the C4C Agent Desktop.

Although I've mashup some other applications, SAP Commerce is a dark box to me and really can't see a solution for it.

I've been searching on the SAP sites and there's nothing as a documentation to be able to tell me if it is even possible to do it.

So, if anyone does have any information on how really appreciate your input.

Although will this just spoon the AMS Module in Commerce or can it be mashed up within C4C?

Unless there is a way to define an external OAuth 2.0 REST service integration that can be integrated via Work with Mashup Authoring | SAP Help Portal, the best option is the Assisted Service Module integration on top of SAP Commerce Cloud. This would mean that SAP Commerce Cloud would have access to data from SAP Service Cloud (but not vice-versa).

If the SAP Service Cloud Mashup route does indeed work, you'd be looking at integrating into the following areas on SAP Commerce Cloud

• Omni Commerce Connect | SAP Help Portal

• OAuth2 | SAP Help Portal (OAuth 2.0 authentication)
