On Accounts an error message that I can't figure it out

Hello experts,

I'm trying to use the actions "Reassign Owner" on accounts after I've selected a few of them on the Account List view.

Although I'm always getting the following error message "You are not able to open this link due to a missing work center view assignment".

By the message itself looks that some WorkCentre view is missing, but to be honest can't find out which one.

Looked on the internet for something alike, read the setup and solution guide from SAP and nothing there can be found to understand where is the issue and how to be able to solve it.

Would be great if someone cloud at least guide me to a solution.

Hello,

The owner is part of the Account Team. Did you check the access rights of the business role you are using? Do you have sufficient read and write access to change accounts?

Hi Marie,

thank you for the reply and help.

Find out that we need to scope the Territory Realignment to for that option to work.

Only found strange why there's nothing on the SAP manuals regarding how to use it.
