Rule Models - Managing Attributes with no value

Dear Experts,

I'm creating a custom score which calculates the level of attribute enrichment for a contact. For example, does the profile contain an email, phone number etc. One of the attributes we would like to include is whether the contact has a job title. This is a custom field we created and is free text. As we only have the following options, what would be the recommended approach? We want to increase the score if the field has been maintained.

Dear Bradley,

I assume, you use the standard attributes in the Score Builder for checking, if a contact has an email, which would be <'Contact has Email Address' is 'true'>, right? We also provide such a check for 'Contact has Function', but not for Job-Title. Did you try to create a custom field 'Contact has Job-Title', which contains 'X' if this is true and is empty, if it is not true?
