I am aware that in the phase of preparation for an upgrade/release of SAP Marketing Cloud, extensibility development can no longer be performed in the Q system. The preparation of the upgrade usually starts a few days before the actual execution of the upgrade. My question is when exactly the system is prepared - how many days before the upgrade?
In the KBAs it says: 'As part of every release upgrade process, the systems get locked before upgrade towards preparation'.
Unfortunately, it doesn't say how long this preparation takes, thus how long no extensibility development is possible. Do you have more information about this?
